We prefer automatic check-in. We provide you with a code 2 days before your check-in so you can collect the keys from a secure lockbox located at the entrance of the building. This is fully explained in the “How to Get to the Apartment” article. However, if you would rather not use this method, we can also hand over the keys in person without any problem.

Yes, absolutely. The keys will be available in the apartment, along with a map showing the exact location of the swimming pool.

The region enjoys a wonderful climate year-round. You’ll often have around 300+ sunny days a year in the Región de Murcia area. Typical conditions:

• Winters are very mild — daytime averages are around 10–17 °C (50–63 °F).

• Summers are hot and dry — average highs in summer reach the high 20s to low 30s °C (about 80–90 °F) and sometimes even more. Because of this, you’ll find that for most of the year you can wear short sleeves comfortably — only a few months require layers.
